I am the founder of Rose Health & Wellness and a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in healthcare.

My approach to care is rooted in one simple belief: every patient deserves to be heard, respected, and treated as a whole person.

I began my nursing career as a bedside pediatric nurse, where I developed a deep appreciation for connection, empathy, and communication. Those early years shaped how I practice today — because healing doesn’t start with prescriptions. It starts with listening.

After earning my Master of Science in Nursing and becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, I expanded my work into internal medicine and women’s health. Through those experiences, I gained a broad understanding of healthcare across different stages of life.

During that time, I repeatedly saw symptoms like fatigue, weight changes, mood shifts, and brain fog minimized or explained away. Women were told their labs were “normal,” yet they still didn’t feel like themselves.

That never felt like enough to me.

Over time, I felt called to create a more structured and thoughtful approach to hormone and metabolic care — one that combines careful lab evaluation with meaningful conversation and clear next steps.

Today, I focus on supporting women navigating perimenopause and menopause. My goal isn’t to rush through visits or offer quick reassurance. It’s to understand what’s happening and develop a clear, individualized plan that makes sense for you.

You deserve care that is steady, informed, and grounded in both evidence and empathy.
