What is a virtual clinic?

Rose Health & Wellness operates as a virtual clinic, meaning consultations take place online through secure video visits. This allows patients to receive personalized care from the comfort of their home while still benefiting from structured medical evaluation and guidance.

What services does Rose Health & Wellness offer?

Rose Health & Wellness focuses on hormone and metabolic health for women, particularly those navigating perimenopause and menopause.

Services include comprehensive hormone evaluation, metabolic weight management for women, and PCOS hormone evaluation. Metabolic weight management services are also available for men.

What happens after I purchase the Comprehensive Hormone Evaluation?

After securing your evaluation:

  1. You will receive an email with next steps.
  2. Intake forms will be sent for you to complete.
  3. Your laboratory requisition and instructions will be provided.
  4. You will schedule your consultation and lab review appointment.

This structured process allows your provider to review your full clinical picture before developing a personalized treatment plan.

Does Rose Health & Wellness accept insurance?

Rose Health & Wellness is a cash-pay practice and does not accept insurance. This model allows for longer appointment times, deeper evaluation of lab results, and more personalized care without the limitations often associated with insurance-based visits.

All major credit and debit cards are accepted, as well as HSA/FSA payments.

What technology do I need for my virtual appointment?

You can attend your appointment using a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a reliable internet connection. Your device should have a camera and microphone to allow for a secure video consultation.

Is my health information secure and private?

Yes. Rose Health & Wellness prioritizes the security and privacy of your health information. We use secure, HIPAA-compliant technology platforms and follow strict privacy regulations to protect your personal and medical data.

Can medications be prescribed through the virtual clinic?

Yes. If medication is clinically appropriate based on your evaluation and lab results, prescriptions may be provided. Treatment options will be discussed in detail during your consultation.

What if my labs come back normal?

It is common for patients to be told their labs are “normal” while still experiencing symptoms. During your evaluation, results are reviewed in the context of your symptoms, medical history, and overall health patterns to better understand what may be contributing to your concerns.

Are medications included in the evaluation fee?

No. The Comprehensive Hormone Evaluation includes your consultation, laboratory testing, interpretation of results, and a personalized treatment plan.

If treatment is recommended, options and associated costs will be discussed during your visit.

What states do you serve?

Patients must be physically located in Arizona, Maryland, or Ohio at the time of their virtual appointment.
