Lakeisha Madden FNP-C is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner who blends clinical expertise with a genuine passion for patient advocacy. Her approach to care is rooted in one simple but powerful philosophy: every patient deserves to be heard, respected, and treated as a whole person.
Lakeisha Madden FNP-C began her nursing journey as a bedside pediatric nurse, where she developed a deep appreciation for the power of connection, empathy, and communication. These early years shaped her belief that healing doesn’t start with procedures or prescriptions — it begins with listening.
Over time, her work expanded to include women’s health and internal medicine, providing her with a broad, integrative view of healthcare across all ages and life stages. Driven by a desire to do more for her patients — particularly those who felt dismissed, rushed, or overlooked in traditional care settings — Lakeisha Madden FNP-C pursued her Master of Science in Nursing and became a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Her transition into advanced practice was fueled by a mission to close the gap between patients and providers, and to create a space where individuals feel seen, valued, and empowered in their care.
Today, Lakeisha Madden FNP-C offers a wide array of primary care services, with special interest in chronic disease management, preventive care, reproductive and hormonal health, and supporting women through the many transitions of life. Her clinical expertise is matched by her ability to listen deeply, explain clearly, and partner with patients in developing personalized care plans that support both immediate needs and long-term wellness.
Outside of clinical practice, Lakeisha Madden FNP-C remains committed to ongoing education and evidence-based care. She believes that health is not one-size-fits-all, and that truly effective treatment begins with understanding the individual behind the diagnosis.
